Taking The Mickey

The weekend before last saw Mrs Weir and I, (and our favourite nephew), travel to mainland Europe to sample the delights provided by a certain Mr Walt Disney. I suppose suggesting that a visit to Disneyland is an odd experience is perhaps missing the point – although given my lack of love of crowds, confined spaces and high speeds I think I was always likely to miss the point.
The good news is that our favourite nephew, who the trip was ostensibly for, had a great time - as did Mrs Weir.
And I enjoyed the fact that they enjoyed themselves . . .
And the really good news, especially for all future visitors, is that the sandwiches appear to be on their way.
